We are hosting a Super Bowl party on Sunday.
Snow and sleet are predicted this evening and into Tuesday, and Eric is praying to be off school.
This season's American Idol (Tues. and Wed) will be a good one...there are some great singers. You gotta watch.
Eric got his permit on Friday, drove home from the license bureau and accidentally ended up on the highway. Way to throw him in there, huh? He drove to his pitching lesson on Saturday and purposely drove on the highway and did a fine job. I figure he's got to learn some time! Yesterday, though, he wanted to drive in the snow and that's where I drew the line.
I'm not ready for E's basketball season to end. Only three more games left.
There is a freshman baseball meeting this Wednesday at DeSmet.
I love Jason Mraz's song "I'm Yours."
Prior to seeing the movie "Revolutionary Road" but after already buying tickets, I got online to read some reviews (I don't recommend doing that). The reviews were mixed. Some people said they walked out during the movie, some thought the acting was great but the story was boring, some thought it was too long, some loved it. Everyone has an opinion. Larry and I both enjoyed the movie. It was a drama. It was definitely dark, definitely deep and thought provoking, and the acting (Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet) was great. That's my opinion.
